imageapis.com is operated by APIDirectory. The APIDirectory privacy policy applies to your account, keys and billing. This page adds what is specific to rendering.

What we store

Templates you save, keyed to your account, until you delete them. Renders (the image, PDF or screenshot bytes and a small record) for 30 days on the free plan and a year on paid plans, then deleted; the expires field on every record is the date. Signed-URL bases and their secrets until you delete them. Usage counts per key per day, for billing and the dashboard.

What we do not store

HTML you send to render without saving a template is used for that render only. Pages you screenshot are loaded by a browser we control and not kept beyond the screenshot. We do not read, index or train on your templates or renders.

Who can see a render

Anyone with the URL. Render ids are random and not listed anywhere, and signed URLs need a valid signature. Treat a render URL the way you would treat a link to an unlisted file.

Third parties

Rendering runs on Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts inside the rendering browser. Payments are handled by Stripe. The free demos on this site are rate-limited by IP address and keep nothing about you.
